Fees are confirmed before booking. Treatment costs depend on assessment, treatment area, product or course requirements and follow-up needs.

• A booking is confirmed only when the appointment time and location have been agreed.
• Patients receive practical preparation notes before treatment where relevant.
• Cancellation or rearrangement requests should be made as early as possible.
